Think your webcam is little? Specialists at the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany have added to a camera that is no bigger than a grain of salt. The "microcamera" (appeared beneath by a syringe) can possibly re-concoct medicinal cameras used to explore surgeries and in addition a few parts of autos and shopper hardware. 


"At 1x1x1 millimeters, this camera is as little as coarsely ground grain of salt—the littlest camera that we know about," Stephan Voltz, CEO of picture sensor designer Awaiba, said in a Fraunhofer public statement.
