Begnas Lake is a freshwater lake in Lekhnath region of Kaski area of Nepal situated in the south-east of the Pokhara Valley. The lake is the second biggest, after Phewa lake, among the eight lakes in Pokhara Valley. Water level in the lake vacillates regularly because of downpour, and use for watering system. The water level is controlled through a dam developed in 1988 on the western outlet stream, Khudi Khola.
